High speed motor bearing is the spindle bearing of precision machine tools and similar equipment. It ensures the working accuracy and service performance of precision machine tools. Improper operation of bearings in installation will often cause early damage or early loss in use, which greatly improves the bearing cost. 1. Cleaning and inspection of bearing bush
High speed motor bearings are packed and shipped separately. After opening the box, remove the upper and lower ceramic tiles, mark them with ring screws and clean them with kerosene. Dry cloth is used to dry and check whether all grooves are clean and whether there is any residual sand casting. The combination of tungsten gold layer and ceramic tile is not good, and there are admixtures such as channels and cracks. If it cannot be repaired, tungsten and gold shall be suspended again.
2. Cleaning and inspection of bearing pedestal
The bearing pedestal shall also be cleaned and inspected before installation. The inner cavity of the bearing seat of the high-speed motor bearing shall be scraped off with a scraper, and the dirt shall be wiped off with a cloth soaked in gasoline or solvent to see if there are cracks and sand pits to prevent oil leakage during operation. The joint surface of bearing cover and bearing seat and the joint surface of bearing seat and bearing oil retaining ring shall be scraped and matched, and checked with a feeler gauge. The clearance shall not be greater than 0.03mm. The bottom surface of the shell shall also be clean without contact, rust and burr. The screws and plate threads fastening the housing shall be carefully inspected and tested to determine whether the screws are too tight or bare.
3. Bearing edge structure
A rim pad or metal pad is required between the precision bearing and the base plate. The metal gasket is used to adjust the horizontal position of the seat. Adjust the relative position of the motor to another connected motor or machine. The metal gasket is made of 0.08mm metal sheet. The edge pad is made of cloth laminate or glass fiber laminate. The purpose of placing the edge pad is to prevent the harm of axial flow. The edge pad shall be 5-10mm wider and 3-10mm thicker than both sides of the shell. In addition to the edge pad between the bearing and base plate of high-speed motor, the screw and stabilizer shall also be provided with edge pad. The edge washer is made of 2mm and 5mm thick glass fiber cloth, and its outer diameter is 4mm and 5mm larger than that of the iron washer. The oil pipe edge pad connected to the bearing seat can be made of 1mm thick rubber sheet. After the installation of the flange bearing seat, check the grounding resistance and measure it with a 500V megger. The resistance value shall not be less than 1 megohm.
